They feel as if all this was true, then it was probable the other transmissions are true as well. These broadcasts were being sent by B.r.o.o.M. through time into the future, to warn them of their future. There was going to be a global war and all but twenty four will be destroyed. This Man of the future inherited a large amount of mountainous acreage in central Montana. There were various old mine shafts and even some large underground storage areas, one with fresh water. He and the strongest of his eleven followers began converting the mine shafts into a protective bunker that would house them underground for at least three years. In the military, as a soldier, it was his job to handle water and air purification and decontamination. These skills will save their lives when the whole planet is radioactively contaminated. After months of salvaging what is needed, an intricate labyrinth took shape under the mountain. During this time, they hoarded flour and rice and pressure-sealed it with preservatives in bundles. The children choose a name for their leader; "The Earthworm Child," due to his underground nature.
